The vehicle was subsequently refurbished with a body-off rotisserie repaint in green and installation of a replacement powertrain consisting of a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 mated to a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission.

A first-generation DOHC Coyote 5.0-liter V8 was installed, and further additions to the engine bay include a Mustangs to Fear intake and a custom Griffin two-row aluminum radiator with dual electric fans.

A Walbro 255-lph fuel pump has been installed, as has a Holley Sniper EFI fuel tank that was tuned by Attitude Street Cars.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec T-56 six-speed manual transmission with a 26-spline input shaft and a 0.63:1 sixth-gear ratio.

The 8.8″ rear axle was sourced from a 1996 Mustang Cobra and is equipped with a rebuilt limited-slip differential and 3.73:1 gearing.

A 2.5″ stainless-steel TIG-welded exhaust system has been added along with dual MagnaFlow mufflers.

Prior to paint, the floors, firewall, cowl, front subframe, inner and outer rear wheel wells, rear quarter panels, and taillight panel were all replaced.

The body was then repainted on a rotisserie in Audi Sonoma Green and then finished with an IGL ceramic coating.

Exterior features include replacement bumpers, louvers behind the B-pillars, and hood-integrated turn signals.

Staggered-width 17″ U.S. Mags Rambler wheels are wrapped in BFGoodrich g-Force Sport Comp2 tires measuring 225/45 up front and 245/45 at the rear.

Disc brakes are fitted at all four corners with Wilwood slotted and drilled rotors, Wilwood six-piston calipers up front, and SVT Cobra calipers in the rear.

A Wilwood master cylinder is installed under the hood.

The suspension has been altered with a Mustangs to Fear front subframe with a Mustang II–based suspension, an AJE Suspensions rear subframe, QA1 coilovers up front and Viking coilovers in the rear, and 2003–2004 Mustang Cobra power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering.

The interior has been refreshed with black TMI Products Sport R-Series front seats and a TMI center console with a custom shift boot and bezel from a Fox-body Mustang over a Steeda Tri-Ax shifter with a Mustang Steve clutch cable.

Additional interior modifications include a replacement Mustangs to Fear molded one-piece headliner, replacement door panels, TMI rear-seat upholstery, carpeting from Auto Custom Carpets, a RetroSound head unit, and an upgraded front speaker.

A wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a Classic Instruments Auto Cross cluster with a 200-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges.

The five-digit mechanical odometer displays 400 miles, which reflects distance accumulated since completion of the build.
