This 1964 Porsche 356C coupe is finished in Ruby Red over a refurbished black interior and is powered by a 1,600cc flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle.

The 1,600cc flat-four is stamped with engine number 715161 and was overhauled by Porboys German Automotive, with new cylinders and pistons, along with new rod and main bearings, seals, gaskets, and ignition components.

The clutch components were replaced and the transaxle was resealed at the same time.

An oil change was performed and a new battery was installed in preaparation for sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Type 741/2 four-speed manual transaxle with stamping number 81854.

A cosmetic refurbishment was subsequently performed, and the engine was rebuilt approximately 2,500 miles ago.

Rust repairs were completed and the car was refinished in Ruby Red in 1997, and records indicate the left-front headlight bucket was replaced in the 1970s and additional body and paint work was carried out in the early 1980s.

The battery pan area was replaced due to corrosion and a replacement factory windshield and gasket were installed.

Silver-finished date-stamped 15″ steel wheels wear polished hubcaps and 165/80 Classic All-Season Radial LL800 tires, recently installed.

Braking power is supplied by four-wheel discs.

Interior refurbishment in October 2020 included recovering the front and rear seats in black vinyl with matching interior panels and replacement carpets protected by Coco mats.

Amenities include polished door and window handles, vent windows, and a body-color dashboard.

A VDO analog clock is present.

The factory three-spoke steering wheel frames green-letter VDO instrumentation including a centrally mounted tachometer, a 120-mph speedometer, and a combination gauge.

The five-digit odometer shows 93k miles.
