This 1964 Buick Skylark was refinished in black over red vinyl upholstery, and it is powered by a replacement 468ci Buick V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. The replacement 455ci V8 was built to displace 468ci and features an aluminum intake manifold, aluminum cylinder heads, a Holley carburetor, an MSD distributor and ignition controller, and braided stainless steel fuel lines. An aluminum radiator is installed, fluids have been serviced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission. A dual exhaust system is equipped with long-tube exhaust headers and DynoMax mufflers.
The car was refinished in black and features bright side moldings and chrome bumpers, window surrounds, mirror caps, and wheel arch trim. Additional exterior details include a retractable antenna and dual exhaust outlets.
Modular 15″ Centerline wheels are wrapped in 255/60 Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires. The car is equipped with AGR power steering, and braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes. The suspension system have been overhauled and features adjustable rear upper control arms.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges. A 7k-rpm Sun Super tachometer is mounted to the steering column, and AutoMeter gauges for water temperature and oil pressure are mounted above the AM radio.
