This 1957 Ford Thunderbird was refinished and reupholstered in white in 2017, had the 312ci V8 rebuilt and a four-speed 4L60E automatic transmission installed. Equipment includes a white removable hardtop with porthole windows, a white soft top, electronic fuel injection, a Be Cool aluminum radiator, an aluminum fuel tank, power-assisted brakes, power steering, a 15″ steering wheel, 14″ wire wheels, front and rear sway bars, air conditioning, a cassette stereo, chrome bumpers, and parking lights. The brake booster, brake shoes, and rear wheel cylinders were replaced in preparation for sale.

The E-code 312ci Y-block V8 was overhauled in 2019 with the replacement of the camshaft, lifters, rod, main, and cam bearings, and rocker arms. Additional equipment includes an electronic fuel injection system, a Be Cool aluminum radiator, a Rick’s aluminum fuel tank, a high-capacity water pump, an engine dress up kit, trickle charger prewiring, and a custom fabricated intake manifold and exhaust system.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a 4L60-E four-speed automatic transmission that was installed in 2019.

The car is finished in white and is said to have been repainted in 2017. Features include a matching removable hardtop with porthole windows, a replacement white soft top, a Thunderbird hood emblem, shaped and chromed front and rear bumpers, fender vents, bumper-mounted auxiliary parking lights, a fixed antenna, two-speed electric windshield wipers, and slanted tail fins.

The 14″ wire wheels are mounted with 205/75 BFGoodrich Silvertown Radial-branded wide white wall tires. A matching spare is housed in the trunk. Stopping power is supplied by power-assisted front discs and rear drums, and the brake booster, brake shoes, and rear wheel cylinders were replaced in preparation for sale. Front and rear sway bars were added and the shocks were replaced.

The cabin was reupholstered under previous ownership and features a bench seat upholstered in white vinyl accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and seat belts as well as black carpeting. Equipment includes air conditioning, an analog quartz clock, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, a floor-mounted shifter, Thunderbird rubber floor mats, manual windows, and a locking glove box.

A replacement 15″ steering wheel frames a centrally mounted 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level.

The five-digit odometer shows 2,700 miles. Total mileage is unknown.
