The 302ci V8 was sourced from a 1969 Camaro Z/28 and fitted with high-flow aluminum cylinder heads and 2.5” exhaust headers.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a manually-shiftable B&M Hydro-Stick automatic transmission, which is based on the Turbo Hydra-Matic 350.

A heavy-duty radiator with a transmission cooler has also been added.

Maintenance in preparation for sale included an oil change, rear axle service, coolant flush, and new intake manifold gaskets.

A narrowed 9” 31-spline, 4.11:1 rear axle has been added, and power drum brakes are featured all around.

The body was refinished in orange during the 2000-2005 build.

The frame was also powder coated during the refurbishment, as were the inner fenders.

Trim retains a period appearance, including the single-year-only 1957 grille design.

Color-matched wheels wear polished hubcaps and are mounted with whitewall tires.

Suspension modifications include monoleaf springs up front that lower the truck 3,” and the 4-link solid rear end features coilovers.

The stepside rear bed is equipped with wood-plank flooring.

The cabin is trimmed in patterned dark gray cloth and light gray vinyl upholstery on the bench seat, along with dark gray carpeting.

The inner doors, dash, and steering wheel are finished in body-matching orange, which is complemented by white lower dash and door panels.

Factory instrumentation includes a 100-mph speedometer, and a column-mounted tachometer has been added.
