Power comes from a replacement 428ci V8 topped by three two-barrel carburetors and paired with a three-speed automatic transmission.

The factory 390ci V8 was succeeded by a replacement 428ci V8 that was rebuilt during the refurbishment.

Features include three two-barrel carburetors, gold-finished 390-branded valve covers, Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads, and cast-iron exhaust headers.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed Multi-Drive Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission.

Equipment includes a driver-side exterior mirror, quad headlights, dual exhausts, and chrome bumpers.

Aftermarket 17″ Magnum 500–style wheels are mounted with 245/45 Goodyear ZR45 tires.

Braking is handled by power-assisted drums at all four corners.

The cabin features fold-down front bucket seats that have been retrimmed in white upholstery with matching door panels and center console.

Woodgrain inlays are featured on the door and rear side panels, and additional interior amenities include red carpeting, an illuminated glove compartment, lap belts, chrome trim, a clock, air conditioning, a heater, and a push-button AM/FM radio.

A three-spoke steering wheel featuring a red and translucent rim exhibits cracking.

Instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges.

The five-digit odometer indicates 89k miles, only 500 miles have been added since completion of the refurbishment approximately six years ago.
