This 1966 Chevrolet Caprice coupe is finished in black over a Light Fawn interior and is powered by a replacement 396ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission.

The replacement 396ci V8 sends power to the rear wheels through a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission.

Service performed in preparation for sale included installation of a Rocherster Q-Jet carburetor along with a valve adjustment and replacement of the valve covers, starter, and spark plugs.

Originally finished in Cameo Beige, the car was repainted Tuxedo Black and features a black vinyl roof, chrome bumpers and trim, and dual side mirrors.

The 18” Vision wheels were installed in 2018 and mounted with Bridgestone Potenza tires that measure 225/50 up front and 255/45 out back.

The car is equipped with power-assisted steering and brakes.

The interior is trimmed in Fawn vinyl upholstery with matching door panels and wood trim on the center console, dashboard, and door panels.

Amenities include a Delco push-button AM stereo with equalizer controls on the center console, a locking glove compartment, power windows, cruise control, Fisher door sill guards, and “Comfortron” air conditioning that was serviced and recharged with R134a refrigerant in 2018.

A two-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and a fuel gauge while additional auxiliary gauges are located above the center console.

The five-digit odometer shows 30k miles, true mileage is unknown.
