The replacement 460ci V8 has been increased in displacement to 514ci and features FiTech electronic fuel injection, Red Zone-branded valve covers, upgraded engine mounts, a three-core radiator with dual electric fans, and a 33-gallon plastic fuel tank with a FiTech fuel pump.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a Ford C6 three-speed automatic transmission fitted with a 2,800-rpm stall torque converter and a dual-range transfer case.

The frame have been sandblasted and powder coated during the build.

The truck is fitted with a stainless-steel dual exhaust system with Borla mufflers and quad outlets.

The truck was stripped to bare metal and repainted gloss black with a matte black lower section during the build.

The removable hardtop, bumpers, grille, door handles, headlight surrounds, badging, and trim have also been refinished to match, and exterior features include 1978-spec headlights with LED bulbs, tinted windows, and side steps.

Black-painted 15” Mickey Thompson Deegan 38 wheels are mounted with 35” BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A K02 tires, and a matching spare is affixed to the swing-out rear carrier.

Braking is through power-assisted four-wheel discs with braided stainless-steel lines.

The truck is equipped with manually-locking front hubs and rides higher than stock on a James Duff Torque Tamer traction bar, shocks, and extended long-travel radius arms.

Low-back seats sourced from TMI are trimmed in black leather with red stitching and embroidered Bronco logos on the backrests.

Matching upholstery extends to the aftermarket center console, which houses dual cupholders, as well as the rear bench with individual backs.

Jump seats have been added to the rear cargo area, and additional modifications include a Vintage Air A/C system and a RetroSound stereo wired to a hidden amplifier.

A three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to a stainless-steel column and sits ahead of aftermarket instrumentation that includes an 8k-rpm tachometer, the digital odometer shows approximately 2,000 miles since completion of the build.
