Work included refinishing the body in orange over black and gray upholstery and rebuilding the 304ci V8 and replacement three-speed automatic transmission that are mated to a Dana 20 dual-range transfer case and Dana 44 front and rear axles.
Additional equipment includes a removable white hardtop, a four-point roll bar, black 15″ alloy wheels, a lift kit, Bilstein shocks, Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection, an aftermarket front bumper, Corbeau front and rear seats, a wood-plank bed floor, Speedhut instrumentation, and a RetroSound head unit.
The 304ci V8 have been overhauled in 2016 and features Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection, an Isky Performance 256° camshaft, a Pertronix Flame Thrower ignition coil, a CRT Performance HEI distributor, tubular headers, a Champion Cooling aluminum radiator with dual 12″ electric fans, an aluminum coolant overflow tank and radiator shroud, a GM-based alternator, a Painless Performance fuse box, a Jeep CJ-based 15-gallon fuel tank, and a nine-gallon polyethylene auxiliary fuel tank.
Additional work have included stripping and refinishing the engine compartment using a black POR-15 coating.
Power is sent to rear or all four wheels through a Scout II-sourced three-speed TorqueFlite 727 automatic transmission, a Dana 20 dual-range transfer case, and Scout II-sourced Dana 44 front and rear axles.
The transmission and transfer case have been overhauled, and the underside was stripped and refinished using a black POR-15 coating and a rubberized undercoating.
Features include a removable white hardtop, a gray Affordable Offroad front bumper, Hella H4 headlights, chrome side mirrors, a two-speed electric windshield wiper motor, heavy-duty door hinges, LED tail lights, and a gray-finished rear bumper.
Additional work have included stripping and refinishing the frame in black and replacement of the body mounts and exterior seals.
Black-finished 15″ alloy wheels are mounted with 33×10.50″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires. Warn manually-locking hubs are equipped up front.
The brakes have been overhauled and modified with power-assisted Scout II-based front discs, which are complemented by rear drums and a proportioning valve.
Upgrades to the suspension and steering are include the following components: Bilstein shocks, 2″ lift kit, Rancho steering damper, Scout II power-steering box, Borgeson steering joint kit.
The interior features Corbeau Baja front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black with gray inserts. Custom gray door panels and black carpets have been installed, and the floors have been finished in rubberized undercoating.
Additional features include a D and C Extreme four-point roll bar, three-point seat belts, center storage with cup holders, a wood-plank bed floor, a Lokar shifter, electric windows, a fuel tank selector lever, a heater, an LED map light, USB charging ports, a RetroSound Hermosa head unit, and two 5.25″ Audison Prima speakers.
The heating system have been overhauled.
A woodgrain-rimmed steering wheel frames International Harvester-branded Speedhut instrumentation that includes a GPS-enabled speedometer with an inset tachometer and auxiliary gauges.
A Holley handheld display is positioned to the left of the gauges, and the digital odometer indicates 549 miles.
