This Factory Five Racing Mk2 Roadster is a Cobra replica finished in gold over black upholstery and is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission.

The 302ci V8 breathes through a Holley 750 cfm carburetor and features a Cobra-branded air cleaner and valve covers.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission equipped with overdrive.

Work have included installing stainless-steel coolant hoses, replacing the serpentine belts, and changing the oil, coolant, and transmission fluid.

The fiberglass body is finished in Pueblo Gold, and exterior equipment includes a LeMans-style fuel cap, a roll hoop, fender vents, chrome bumperettes, 427 badging, a driver’s side mirror, and side exhaust pipes.

Silver 17″ alloy wheels feature faux knock-off spinners and are mounted with Goodyear Eagle Sport white-letter tires.

Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes, and the car rides on a coilover suspension and a live rear axle.

The brake fluid was changed in preparation for sale.

The cabin features power-adjustable bucket seats trimmed in black upholstery, which are accompanied by a matching dashboard, door pockets, and carpets.

Additional equipment includes racing harnesses, a heater and defroster, a Hurst gear selector, a fire extinguisher, a passenger grab handle, wind wings, tinted sun visors, and an overdrive switch mounted on the dashboard.

A wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a reverse-sweep 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer, while auxiliary gauges reside in the center of the dashboard fascia.

The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 8k miles.
