This 1979 Jeep CJ-7 is powered by a 454ci Chevrolet V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case.

The 454ci Chevrolet V8 is fitted with an Edelbrock carburetor and headers.

Equipment includes a custom fan shroud, Chevrolet-logo valve covers, and a Wolo Bad Boy air horn.

Work included replacing the rear main seal, oil pan gasket, and engine mounts.

The truck is equipped with a B&M TH-400 three-speed automatic transmission, a Spicer Model 20 dual-range transfer case, one-piece rear axles, and a replacement front differential.

A Flowmaster exhaust system has been installed.

Additional equipment includes black tubular bumpers and rock rails, side steps, recovery shackles, an 8,000lb-rated Smittybilt winch, and a tow hitch.

A black bimini top accompanies the truck.

Black 15” wheels are mounted over spacers and wear 35×12.5” General Grabber tires.

The front axle features manually locking hubs, and the truck is reportedly equipped with a Skyjacker suspension system.

Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The cabin features aftermarket seats upholstered in black vinyl along with a textured floor coating, a Tuffy locking center console with cupholders, an integrated front/rear roll bar, a passenger grab handle, floor-mounted speakers, and a Lokar shifter.

The three-spoke Grant GT steering wheel sits ahead of a tachometer, an analog clock, and a folding windshield frame.

Other instrumentation includes a center-mounted speedometer with integrated readouts for fuel and engine temperature, and aftermarket gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature.

A new speedometer was installed in 2017, and the five-digit odometer shows 40k miles.
