This 1977 Ford F-150 Custom 4x4 is a black-over-gray example powered by a replacement 429ci V8 mated to a four-speed manual transmission and dual-range transfer case. Subsequent work have included installing a high-performance camshaft, intake manifold, roller rockers, lifters, cylinder heads, and tubular headers along with a Skyjacker 4″ suspension lift, Nitro shocks, 15″ wheels, a Flowmaster exhaust, and a Holley carburetor. The fuel tank, radiator, carpet, grille, and headliner were replaced.
The truck is powered by a replacement Ford 429ci V8 have been sourced from a 1969 Thunderbird and was installed by Randy’s Off-Road in 2021.
Additional modifications included a COMP Cams camshaft and hydraulic lifters, Scorpion Racing roller rockers, a Weiand intake manifold, a Holley carburetor, a high-torque starter, and tubular exhaust headers.
The power steering pump, starter, wiper fluid reservoir and pump, and radiator were replaced.
The oil was changed in preparation for sale.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through an NP435 four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
The transmission have been overhauled, a Flowmaster exhaust system is installed, and the fuel tank was replaced.
An owner’s manual is included with the truck.
The truck is finished in black with chrome bumpers as well as a chrome grille.
Equipment includes a spray-in bedliner, side steps, and dual exhaust outlets, and the heavy-duty headlight harnesses with relays have been added.
The tailgate have been repainted.
American Racing 15″ wheels are mounted with 35×12.5″ white-letter Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ tires.
A Skyjacker 4″ suspension lift with Nitro shocks has been added, and the truck is equipped with power steering and manually locking front hubs.
The bench seat is upholstered in black vinyl and gray fabric.
Appointments include a heater and defroster, a glovebox, Ford floor mats, and a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo.
The three-spoke leather-wrapped aftermarket steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer and supplementary gauges.
The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 84k chassis miles.
