This 1975 International Harvester Scout II was subsequently fitted with a 5.3L Vortec V8, a 4L65E four-speed automatic transmission, front disc brakes with hydroboost, and Fox Racing shocks with remote reservoirs. The truck was repainted black with a white roof, and the interior was retrimmed with black leatherette and Pepita fabric upholstery along with a Alcantara dash pad, headliner, and trim. Fox Racing 2.0 shocks with remote reservoirs have also been added, and the truck is equipped with power steering and Warn manually locking front hubs.
The cabin features front and rear bench seats trimmed in black vinyl with multi-color Pepita inserts joined by color-coordinated door panels and black quilted leather floor coverings. Black Alcantara covers the dash and headliner, and additional equipment includes air conditioning, a Retrosound stereo, a roll bar, a combination public address and siren system, and a fire extinguisher.
A three-spoke steering wheel fronts a horizontal 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges.
