This 1974 BMW 3.0CS is finished in metallic blue and powered by a replacement M30 inline-six paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. The interior is trimmed in blue leather, and equipment includes a Crane Fireball electronic ignition system, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, Recaro seats, disc brakes, 14″ alloy wheels, power windows, quad headlamps, and a Becker Grand Prix push-button AM/FM radio.

The replacement M30 inline-six has casting marks showing the numbers 3.0/3.3 and 1250019. A Crane Fireball XR700 electronic ignition system has been fitted. The twin downdraft carburetors were overhauled and the oil was changed in preparation for sale. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed automatic transmission.

A tool kit is mounted in the trunk, and a gold-finished “Automatic” trunk badge is included in the sale.

The Karmann-built body was refinished in metallic blue under prior ownership. Equipment includes chrome mirrors, quad headlights, fender vents, wing windows, a 3.0CS trunk badge, and roundels mounted on the C-pillars.

The cabin features front replacement Recaro seats trimmed in blue leather as well as matching rear seats and dark blue door panels and carpets. Equipment includes a Becker Grand Prix AM/FM radio, a locking glove box, wood-veneer accents, door pockets, and power windows.

A wood-rimmed steering wheel with a BMW-branded center cap frames a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer, a clock, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature.
