This 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass is finished in Matador Red with black stripes over brown and powered by a replacement 455ci V8 paired with a Muncie M22 four-speed manual transmission and a Gear Vendors overdrive.

The replacement 455ci V8 is sourced from a 1970 Oldsmobile 442 and breathes through an Edelbrock intake manifold and a Holley 750 CFM four-barrel carburetor and features an electronic ignition, an Optima battery, and chrome valve covers.

The valve cover and exhaust manifold gaskets were replaced, the distributor adjusted, and the carburetor have been rebuilt.

Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Muncie M22 four-speed manual transmission with Gear Vendors overdrive and a 4.10:1 Positraction rear axle.

A custom dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers is installed.

Additional equipment includes a scooped fiberglass hood, LED headlamps, sport mirrors, a dual-outlet exhaust, quad headlamps, polished trim, and chrome bumpers.

The painted 14″ Rally wheels wear polished trim rings and are mounted with mismatched tires.

A full-size spare is mounted in the trunk.

The car is equipped with power steering, a rear swaybar, and boxed control arms.

Braking is handled by unassisted front discs and rear drums.

The cabin features Strato front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in brown vinyl joined by a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets.

Equipment includes upgraded r134a air conditioning, a center console, a Hurst T-handle shifter with overdrive button, faux wood accents, and a retro-style stereo.

The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a VDO tachometer, and a multifunction gauge.

Oil pressure and coolant temperature gauges are mounted below the center of the dashboard.

The five-digit odometer shows 27k miles, total mileage is unknown.
