This 1969 MG MGC roadster have been the subject of a refurbishment which included a repaint in green, replacement of exterior trim and seals, and reupholstery of the interior in black leather. Additional work consisted of refreshing the suspension, braking, and fuel systems as well as rebuilding the 2.9-liter inline-six, four-speed manual transmission, and overdrive. Features include a replacement black soft top, chrome bumpers, silver-finished 15″ wire wheels, uprated front disc brakes, dual SU carburetors, and a banjo-style steering wheel.
The 2.9-liter inline-six is equipped with dual SU carburetors and was overhauled. The oil was changed and the battery was replaced in preparation for sale. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive, both of which have been refurbished.
The body was refinished in metallic green following rust repairs.
Equipment consists of a black convertible top, chrome bumpers, bright trim, and dual rear-view mirrors.
Silver-painted 15″ wire wheels with knock-offs are mounted with 185/65 Champiro VP1 GT radial tires.
A matching spare wheel with a Sentury tire is located in the trunk.
Stopping power is provided by front disc brakes with oversize calipers along with rear drums.
The interior features seating reupholstered in black leather along with with a matching dash pad, door panels, and carpets.
Equipment consists of lap belts, a heater, and hand-crank side windows.
A banjo-style steering wheel with an MG center cap fronts Smiths instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level.
The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 54k miles.
