This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro coupe was subsequently fitted with a GM Performance 427ci V8, which is one of 427 examples produced to commemorate the RPO ZL1 engine that was available in 1969. The car was also refinished in orange and the black interior was refreshed. Shifting is through a four-speed manual transmission, and additional equipment includes a 3.73 Positraction rear end, body-color 14″ steel wheels, front disc brakes, power steering, chrome bumpers, a front spoiler, and an AM/FM radio.

The GM Performance 427ci V8 is one of 427 examples produced to commemorate the RPO ZL1 engine that was available in 1969 and features an aluminum block. Factory-rated output was 430 horsepower and 444 lb-ft of torque. It was installed in 2011, and the exhaust manifolds were extrude honed and coated by Kennemetal.

A GM Performance Certificate of Authenticity lists engine specifications and production information. The removed valve covers are also included in the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission, a 3.73 Positraction rear end is equipped.

The body left the factory finished in Hugger Orange and was refinished. A front spoiler and chrome bumpers are equipped.

Body-color 14″ steel wheels wear hubcaps and are mounted with Goodyear Polyglas tires. Power-assisted steering and power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes are equipped.

The cabin was refreshed during the refurbishment. The front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in black vinyl. An AM/FM radio and a cabin heater are equipped.

Instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and an analog clock.

The five-digit odometer shows 2,000 miles, which represent the miles traveled since the refurbishment.
