This 1967 Pontiac Firebird was produced at GM’s Lordstown, Ohio, facility and was the subject of a custom build that included the installation of a 6.2-liter LS3 V8 crate engine, a four-speed automatic transmission, and a Detroit Locker differential.

The car is finished in black over red, and additional modifications include a stainless-steel exhaust system, Hotchkis suspension components with adjustable QA1 dampers, a four-wheel disc-brake conversion, 17″ wheels, air conditioning, and Dakota Digital gauges.

Previously fitted with a 455ci V8, the 6.2-liter LS3 V8 crate engine was installed during the build and features a cold-air intake fitted with an Airaid filter, painted engine covers, and Hedman headers connected to a custom dual exhaust system equipped with Black Widow mufflers.

Cooling is from a Ron Davis Racing Products aluminum radiator with dual electric fans.

Other additions include an aluminum fuel tank, a March Performance serpentine pulley system, and an Optima battery.

An oil change was completed in preparation for sale.

Power is routed to the rear wheels via a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission and a 10-bolt rear end with a Detroit Locker differential.

Further updates include a Hotchkis suspension kit featuring QA1 adjustable coilovers up front and adjustable shocks out back.

Features include front and rear spoilers, dual hood scoops, tinted windows, LED tail lights, and “455” badging on the hood.

Staggered-width 17″ American Racing wheels feature a polished finish and are fitted with Nitto 555G2 tires measuring 225/45 in the front and 275/40 at the rear.

CPP disc brakes with red-finished calipers are fitted at all four corners, and the vehicle is also equipped with power-assisted steering and CalTracs traction bars.

Red upholstery with channeled inserts covers the front bucket seats and the rear bench.

Additional modifications include a woodgrain three-spoke steering wheel mounted to an Ididit tilting column, a Vintage Air climate control system, and a period-style modern stereo housed within the center stack.

Dakota Digital gauges are recessed within the body-color bezel and feature a digital odometer indicating that nearly 8,300 miles have been driven since completion of the build, true mileage is unknown.
