This 1966 Volkswagen Type 2 is a 21-window Deluxe model was subsequently refurbished by Silver Lining Auto Restoration. The bus was refinished in white over a refreshed tan interior, and its 1.5-liter flat-four is paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes 21 windows, front and rear safari windows, a fabric sunroof, 14″ steel wheels with hubcaps, VDO gauges, and a 12-volt electrical system. The oil was changed in preparation for sale.

The seats and door panels were reupholstered in the factory Aero Balearic leatherette (71) during the refurbishment, and replacement black rubber floor covers were installed. The middle bench folds on the passenger side to grant access to the full-length rear bench.

The 1.5-liter flat-four is topped with a single carburetor. A 12-volt electrical system has been installed, and the oil was changed in preparation for sale. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle. The underbody has been refinished.

The Volkswagen Classic Parts certificate notes a manufacturing date of December 10, 1965.

The bus was delivered new in Lotus White (L282) and was refinished by Silver Lining Auto Restoration. The bus features a fabric sunroof and 21 windows, including front and rear safari windows.

White-finished 14″ steel wheels wear VW-stamped chrome hubcaps and are mounted with 7.00-14 BFGoodrich Silvertown tires.

The walkthrough front cab features individual seats, a white two-spoke steering wheel with a Wolfsburg-crest horn button, and a body-color steel dashboard. Instrumentation includes a VDO 80-mph speedometer, a fuel-level gauge, and a clock.

The five-digit odometer shows 26k miles, true mileage is unknown.
