The hood hinges forward to reveal a 462ci V8 that features a blue air cleaner assembly and valve covers. The car was factory-rated at 340 horsepower and 485 lb-ft of torque.
Work was performed by Classic Automotive, and consisted of cleaning and resealing the fuel tank and replacing the alternator, battery, fuel filter, head gaskets, timing components, belts, hoses, and the water pump.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed C6 automatic transmission.
Equipment includes a power-operated burgundy canvas soft top, a chrome grille, bumpers, wheel arches, window surrounds, and side moldings as well as coach rear doors, quad headlights, a Lincoln hood ornament, reverse lamps, and a dual-outlet exhaust that exits below the rear bumper.
Service since 2018 have included removing and polishing the stainless components, re-chroming the bumpers, and replacement of the convertible soft top, motors, pumps, relays, and hydraulic lines.
Steel 15″ wheels wear chrome-finished hubcaps and are mounted with 235/75 Hankook Optimo H724 whitewall tires.
The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The brakes and wheel cylinders have been replaced.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench seat reupholstered in Italian white leather joined by color-coordinated door panels.
Equipment includes power-adjustable front bucket seats, lap belts, automatic climate control, a clock, power windows, power locks, and a push-button AM/FM radio.
The trunk was refinished, the master window switch and rear window switch were serviced, and the carpet and seat covers were replaced by Rich & Famous Upholstery.
