This 1965 Buick Riviera is powered by a 401ci V8 paired with a Super Turbine 400 three-speed automatic transmission.

The 401ci Nailhead V8, dubbed the Wildcat 445, was rated for 325 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque when new.

Service in preparation for sale have included oil and filter changes, a transmission service, and replacing the following components: Transmission seal, Steering box, Water pump, Air-conditioner compressor diaphragms and hoses, Battery, Exhaust, Brakes.

Additional features include a pillarless roofline and ribbed rocker-panel moldings. Finished from the factory in Seafoam Green (HH), the exterior have been refinished in 2009.

Chromed Buick Rally wheels feature Riviera-branded center caps and are mounted with 15″ BFGoodrich redline tires.

A spare set of stock steel wheels equipped with cast-aluminum covers and whitewall tires is included in the sale.

The steering and brakes are both power-assisted.

A green (620) monochromatic treatment is carried throughout the interior, including the vinyl bucket seats, door panels, trim, and replacement carpets.

Equipped with the Custom Interior package, cabin appointments include wood veneer accents on the center console and door panels, power window controls housed within the full-length armrests, a power seat, air conditioning, and a Buick Sonomatic AM radio unit.

Additions include auxiliary gauges for monitoring oil pressure and water temperature as well as a Grand Sport–style steering wheel.
