This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette split-window coupe is powered by a 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission and is finished in red over black vinyl.

Equipment includes 15″ steel wheels with spinner-style covers as well as concealed headlights, split chrome bumpers, and a driver’s side mirror.

The 327ci L75 V8 was factory rated at 300 horsepower and breathes through a four-barrel carburetor and a dual exhaust system.

Features include a dual horn air cleaner assembly and an orange engine block, intake manifold, and valve covers.

The engine was rebuilt during the refurbishment in 1980 and the ignition coil was replaced in preparation for sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Borg-Warner T-10 four-speed manual transmission.

Work performed in preparation for sale have included pressure washing the underside and replacing the shifter linkage bushings.

The fiberglass bodywork left the factory finished in red (923A) and was repainted during the refurbishment in 1980 and again in 2000.

Features include a split rear window, a driver-side mirror, fender and B-pillar scallops, chrome rocker panel trim and bumpers, flip-up headlights, and a dual exhaust system that exits through the rear valance.

The 15″ steel wheels wear spinner-style covers and are mounted with 205/75 Custom A/S whitewall tires.

The car is equipped with front and rear independent suspension as well as four-wheel drum brakes.

The bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl upholstery and are complemented by black door panels, center console, dashboard, and carpets.

Equipment includes a Hurst T-handle shifter, manually operated windows, and vent windows.

The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 5,300-rpm redline, ancillary gauges, and a dash-mounted ignition switch.

The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 49k miles.
