This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette split-window coupe is powered by a 327ci L75 V8 paired with a two-speed automatic transmission and is finished in Daytona Blue over Red vinyl upholstery. 15” steel wheels feature spinner-style hubcaps and were mounted with Firestone Deluxe Champion whitewall tires. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums.
The cabin was reupholstered in the factory red vinyl in 2007. The carpets, seat covers, door panels, armrests, and steering wheel were replaced. Amenities include aftermarket R134a air conditioning, a heater, an AM radio, and lap seatbelts.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 5,300-rpm redline as well as gauges for amperage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level.
