The 365ci V8 features a four-barrel carburetor as well as a gold-painted air cleaner and valve covers, and it was factory rated at 300 horsepower. A replacement battery and fuel lines were installed, at which time an ignition adjustment was performed.

Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission.

The Fleetwood-built bodywork was delivered from the factory in black (10) and was repainted. Chrome trim accents the bumpers, wheel arches, grille, window surrounds, and tail fins, while additional features include hooded headlights, gold badging, a curved windshield, a driver-side mirror, vent windows, a power-operated black convertible top, and dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear bumper. A body-color top boot is included in the sale.

Chrome-finished 15″ Sabre wheels wear red reflective Cadillac center caps and are mounted with BFGoodrich Silvertown bias-ply whitewall tires. A matching spare wheel and tire are stowed in the trunk. The car was delivered from the factory with power-assisted steering and drum brakes. A replacement master brake cylinder and power brake booster were installed, and replacement rear shocks were fitted in preparation for the sale. A brake fluid flush was also performed at that time along with a brake adjustment.

The front and rear bench seats are upholstered in red leather and complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes a power-adjustable front bench with a folding center armrest, a push-button AM radio, a clock, a dash-mounted Autronic Eye headlight dimmer, and a heater. The power windows were serviced in preparation for the sale.

The red two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and frames a 120-mph sweep speedometer, a fuel level gauge, and a coolant temperature gauge that does not work.

The five-digit odometer shows 43k miles, total milage is unknown.
