This 1956 Chevrolet 3100 pickup was refurbished, work included repainting the truck in red and installing the 350ci LT1 V8, a Heidts Mustang II front end, four-link rear suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, a dual exhaust system, Vintage Air climate control, and Shark instrumentation. Additional equipment includes a four-speed automatic transmission, a stepside bed, a wood bed floor, a chrome front bumper and grille, and red-painted 15″ steel wheels.

The 350ci LT1 V8 features tubular exhaust headers. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission. The truck is equipped with a dual exhaust system that exits beneath the bed, and a fabricated fuel tank is mounted behind the rear axle.

Body panels were replaced before the truck was repainted in red. Equipment includes a stepside bed and a wood bed floor with metal runners along with a chrome front bumper and an egg-crate grille. A flush-mount fuel filler door is located in the bed floor.

Red-painted 15″ steel wheels feature polished trim rings and covers and are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The truck is equipped with power steering, a Heidts Mustang II front end, and four-link rear suspension. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes.

The bench seat and door panels are upholstered in black vinyl and are joined by body-color metal surfaces. Appointments include a Vintage Air climate control system and an AM radio.

The wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel fronts Shark instrumentation that includes a 140-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, voltage, and fuel level.

The digital odometer indicates 311 miles and total mileage is unknown.
