This 1954 Cadillac Eldorado convertible was refurbished. Work consisted of stripping and refinishing the body and chassis, re-wiring the car, re-trimming the interior, re-chroming the trim and bumpers, and replacing interior, exterior, suspension, and brake components. The car is finished in red over red and white leather upholstery and is powered by a 331ci V8 linked with a four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. Equipment includes a white convertible top, power steering, power drum brakes, Kelsey Hayes 15″ chrome wire wheels, a power-adjustable front seat, power windows, an Autronic Eye headlight dimming system, and a push-button AM radio.

The 331ci V8 is topped by a single carburetor and was rated at 230 horsepower when new. Fluid changes were performed in preparation for sale. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission.

The body was removed from the frame during the refurbishment, after which the paint was stripped and it was repainted in red. Details include a white soft top, a “Flying Goddess” hood ornament, a wrap-around windshield, bullet-style front bumper guards, brushed metal accents on both sides, rear fender skirts, a concealed fuel filler, and dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear bumper.

Kelsey Hayes 15″ chrome wire wheels are mounted with 8.20-15″ US Royal Safety 800 whitewall tires. A matching spare with a Firestone tire is located in the trunk. Power-assisted drum brakes and power steering came as factory equipment.

The cabin houses front and rear bench seats that were reupholstered in red leather with white pleated inserts and are joined by color-coordinated door panels. Equipment includes an Autronic Eye headlight dimmer switch, a cabin heater, an analog clock, a power-adjustable front seat, power windows, and a push-button AM radio.

A white and red two-spoke steering wheel with a chrome horn ring frames a horizontally sweeping 110-mph speedometer and supplementary gauges.

The five-digit odometer shows 1,800 miles, total mileage is unknown.
