The bus is finished in Palm and Sand Green over tan leather upholstery, and power is provided by a replacement 1,776cc air-cooled flat-four mated to a four-speed Freeway Flyer manual transaxle.
A replacement 1,776cc flat-four was installed during the refurbishment and features dual Weber carburetors and a 12-volt electrical system.
An oil change was performed in preparation for sale.
The vehicle was delivered new in Sealing Wax Red (L53) with Beige Grey (L472) upper portions, and was taken to bare metal before being refinished in Palm and Sand Green.

The cabin features three bench seats which were reupholstered in tan leather accented by dark brown piping with matching door panels and a light green dashboard.
Interior features include an analog clock, pop-out windows, a cargo basket, and an air-ride suspension controller mounted to the dashboard.
A two-spoke steering wheel with a Wolfsburg-crest horn button frames a 70-mph VDO speedometer.
The mechanical odometer shows 1000 miles.
