Power comes from a replacement 389ci V8 paired with a Muncie four-speed manual transmission, and additional equipment includes body-color 14″ steel wheels with polished hub caps, power-assisted front disc brakes, an HEI distributor, front bucket seats, aftermarket auxiliary gauges, and a Pontiac-branded radio.

The replacement 389ci V8 was overhauled in 2011, it is equipped with an HEI distributor, a chrome air cleaner, and a dual exhaust system.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission.

A textured bed-liner finish has been applied to the bottom of the floors.

Originally ordered in Grenadier Red, the body have been removed, disassembled, stripped, and refinished in 2018, following sheetmetal repair that included replacement of the floors and braces, inner and outer rocker panels, wheel housings, inner fenders, quarter panels, and lower door skins.

Additional work is said to have involved re-plating the chrome bumpers and replacement of the glass, trim, door hinges, windshield wiper motor, rubber seals, and weatherstripping.

Red-finished 14″ steel wheels wear polished hub caps and are mounted with BFGoodrich Silvertown redline tires.

The brake system has been upgraded with dual-circuit power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

Other refurbishment work is said to have included replacement of the brake lines, cables, rear drums, steering box, ball joints, suspension bushings, front sway bar, and front and rear springs and dampers.

The interior features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in red vinyl along with a matching dash pad, door panels, and carpets.

Amenities include lap belts, bright-finished trim, a locking glove compartment, and a Pontiac-branded radio.

A red two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and frames a 120-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges.

Additional gauges for water temperature and oil pressure have been mounted to the bottom of the dash.

The five digit odometer indicates under 63k miles.
