This 1977 Ford Bronco was purchased as a disassembled project in 2011 from Early Bronco Specialties and has since received a body-off restoration. Work included addressing the cosmetics, interior, suspension, powertrain, and other major systems as further detailed below. All related receipts are included with the sale along with photo documentation of much of the restoration process. Power comes from a rebuilt 302ci V-8 that features upgraded internals and fitted with fuel-injection from a Fox-body Mustang. An automatic transmission from a 1990s Lincoln replaces the factory unit and is equipped with overdrive. The interior features new materials along with a 6-point roll cage and complete HVAC system from Vintage Air.

Recent maintenance includes a oil service and fluid check this month.
The electrical system features cleaned, tinned, soldered, and double heat shrink insulated connections integrating the 1989 EFI/AOD/ECM to the 1977 charging and chassis system.
All instruments, switches and other control components, including both fuel tank sending units, function as designed with the exception of:
The speedometer is under-driven due to the large tires
The turn signals do not auto cancel due to a missing pin on the underside of the Grant steering wheel
The transmission gear select indicator flag on the steering column is missing
The truck was completely disassembled and the braced body tub was mounted on a rotisserie, sand blasted to bare steel, and epoxy sealed.
Rust repair at the inner front fender to firewall connection, passenger-side A-pillar, and floor were performed with new steel.
The entire tub was metal finished as needed and all work was resealed in epoxy primer.
The engine bay, bottom and inside of the tub were then scuffed and coated with U-Pol Raptor bed liner.
The stock removable hardtop is lined with Lizard Skin thermal and sound insulation and was refinished in matte black finish over a coating of 3M Rocker Schutz texture.
The braking system features a new OEM power brake booster, master cylinder, and proportioning valve, new rear wheel cylinders, front pads, and turned rotors and drums.
Updates to the suspension include F150 front springs, 1″ rear spring blocks, and a new 1″ body mount lift.
New Magnum gas shocks are fitted at all four corners along with custom-built 15″x10″ steel wheels with Thunderbird center caps and stainless steel beauty rings.
A complete set of new Cooper Discoverer tires measure 33″x 12.50R15.
The interior is outfitted with new custom Black leatherette upholstery with Persimmon inserts and piping fitted over new seat foam.
A custom dash features a deleted ash tray with a relocated glovebox and houses a modern stereo unit with AUX input and Bluetooth capability.
3-point shoulder harnesses are secured to the new family 6-point roll cage, which houses wiring for the speakers and dome light.
